Long Island Iced Tea 1970’s
Dinner with the annoying family member? Awkward date? Just order the Iced Tea – compliments of Long Island. The big five white spirits and a dash of cola.
Sloe Gin Fizz 1940’s
Sloe Gin is a Blackthorn plum flavoured spirit (thanks Google), with lemon juice, sugar and soda enter the Sloe Gin Fizz. Now it’s a party.

You know you want to order it. Yeah, that’s right Lebowski fans we’re talking to you…Dude. Vodka, Kaluah and cream.
Harvey Wallbanger 1960’s
Vodka, Galliano and Orange juice. ‘Your name here’ Wallbanger after too many of these puppies.
Appletini 1990’s
The Apple Martini. One of the interesting concoctions that emerged in the 90’s. Going out and drinking one of these was cooler than staying at home and watching Full House.
Brandy Alexander 1920’s
If sweet and creamy is what you are looking for look no further. Invented in the 20’s and popularised in the 80’s we are bringing it back. Fresh, grated nutmeg on top, you’re welcome.
Pina Colada 1950’s
Wear a frangipanni lei, sip a Pina Colada and close your eyes. This is what it felt like to be at the Caribe Hilton’s Beachcomber Bar, Puerto Rico in 1954 when this epic drink was invented. Rum, Pineapple juice and Coconut cream.
Singapore Sling 1910
Alliteration aside, this was being drunk by gangsters the world over in the nineteen teens. Still cool 100 years later. Gin, Cherry Brandy, Cointreau, Benedictine, Grenadine, Pinapple juice, Lemon juice.
Japanese Slipper 1980’s
In the 1980’s Parisian bartenders were wowing people with Midori a brand new liqueur from Japan. Those same bartenders wore flares two years before that. A mind-blowing synergy of Midori, Cointreau and Lemon juice.
Mai Tai 1940’s
Back in ’44 in California Tiki culture was everywhere. Bars with palm frond roofs, Hawaiian shirts and Mai Tai’s gallons of Mai Tai’s. They’re garnished with an umbrella, enough said. Rum and lots of love (We’ll tell you what’s in it - just ask)

White Sangria
This white sangria is different, for the sweet, but dry flavours that jump out at you and have you needing more. Served as a share cocktail in a tall jug this is perfect for when you don’t know what to start with. An excellent ice-breaker for the night. We use dry sparkling wine, Martini Bianco, Orange infused Smirnoff vodka, lemonade. Served with ice and garnished with summer fruits… Simply beautiful!
Red Sangria
This one is for the love of strong flavours, for the real sangria drinkers. Another share concept that won’t disappoint we take some red wine with hint of cinnamon and brown sugar. We add a nice swig of aged Sagatiba cachaca. Mellowed out with the vanilla notes of Licor 43 and a little Italian vermouth we serve it to you as a share cocktail in a tall jug with winter fruits.
Post Modern Pimm’s
The ode to the classic Pimm’s cup is created to entice a new following of Pimm’s drinkers. Keeping the fruit quite traditional we add fresh mint, strawberries, cucumber and sliced oranges. A generous helping of Pimm’s is added then we soften this mix with some French strawberry liqueur. Finished off with equal parts lemonade and good quality ginger beer this drink is sure to make cult status.
Caesar’s Jug
The Canadian mutation of the Bloody Mary is a refreshing twist on a classic. With the same timeless formula of the original the Canadians make it their own with the replacement of tomato juice for Clamato Juice. Unsure of Clamato juice, well it’s a juice worthy a Caesar himself!
Grapefruit & Lychee Cooler
Combining two summer favourites for this instant classic the Lychee and grapefruit cooler is vodka based with the fruit liquors such as Cointreau and Parasio to sweeten the mix. Served with Lychees and Ruby red grapefruit juice this cooler is sure to please.
Strawberry and Mint Summer punch
Light and refreshing this punch combines fresh strawberries and mint strengthened with Smirnoff vodka and French strawberries liqueur. With a splash of sparkling wine and finished with ginger ales it’s the perfect companion for those long summer days.
